What Data We Collect

Pickbox is designed with privacy at its core. All tools run entirely in your browser — no data you paste, upload, or process is ever sent to our servers.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as server-side page-view counts) to understand which tools are most useful. These analytics do not track individual users, set cookies for tracking purposes, or collect personally identifiable information.

AdSense

If advertisements are displayed on Pickbox, they are served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Cookies

Pickbox uses only essential cookies required for site functionality (e.g., colour-mode preference, authentication tokens for admin users). We do not use tracking cookies.

Local Storage & Session Storage

Some tools persist your preferences (e.g., last-used settings) in your browser's local or session storage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts — We load the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces from Google Fonts. Google's privacy policy applies to these requests.
• Google AdSense — If enabled, Google AdSense may set cookies. See Google's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data through our tools, there is nothing to retain or delete. Admin account data (email and hashed password) is stored in our database and can be deleted upon request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
